SOLD – Assa 15.5.15

Sadly we have come to the decision to find Assa a new home as a hack/hunter. He trains at home like a Gold Cup horse and then runs in a race like a lazy pony!
Assa is a 13yo 16.1 bay gelding, he is a super hack alone and in company and a great hunter. Good shoe, box, catch, traffic, clip etc. No vices. Lovely temperament.
He is a very sound horse with clean legs, he has only ever been lightly raced and has a lot left to give, he just clearly doesn’t enjoy his racing anymore. Home of great importance.

Murphy has competed BD with 179 points, winning everything including his first medium. He also has double clears and winnings BS. Murphy has won and been champion in local hunter showing classes. He is a dream to ride on the flat and would be a super dressage horse for a less experienced rider to learn the ropes or could continue his dressage career where he left off. Murphy has only ever been lightly competed as his owner is just a happy hacker and he has only been competed occasionally by friends. He is good to hack alone/company, 100% traffic, box, shoe, etc. No vices. Murphy is the ultimate all-rounder as he is just as happy and successful whether he is competing dressage, eventing, showjumping, showing or just hackinder as he is just as happy and successful whether he is competing dressage, eventing, showjumping, showing or just hacking!

SOLD – Ted 1.8.15

16.1hh Irish chestnut gelding 7yo.
Ted is the ultimate hunter having hunted twice a week throughout a lot of last season including being a masters horse, he will jump any ditch and cross any country needed. He has been ridden in the field by a middle aged lady, a teenager and also used as a reliable field masters horse where he was ridden by a gentleman. As you would expect from any good hunter he is extremely reliable, careful, mannerly & great with hounds.

As well as a talented hunter, Ted has competed locally with success and is rarely out the placings. Regularly schooled over BE90 XC. Fantastic temperament, good hack, box, shoe etc. No vices.

Anouk – SOLD 16.8.15

Superb 16.2 Black mare, 10 years, very kind temperament and easy to do.
Great paces with good flatwork, changes etc. Won and placed unaffiliated dressage.
Has jumped upto 1.30’s with 361 points and £725 actual winnings BS.
We got this mare to go eventing, she did a few unaffiliated ODE’s where she would always lead after dressage, clear SJ and her XC had come on brilliantly to the point that she was entered BE, unfortunately we struggled to keep her shoes on and feet right whilst doing the XC, so we deci to breed from her since we think so much of her, we have not been able to get her in foal, despite her breeding a foal when she was a 2yo, so we’ve come to the difficult decision to sell her. We were going to keep her for my Father to hunt, but he has now Injured his back. She has not been in work for around a year now but has just started again, is popping fences in the school and schooling nicely. 100% hack alone/company, box, shoe, clip etc. Really lovely mare that will make someone a lovely all-rounder, RC etc or experienced schoolmaster at the lower levels BS. She will need regular shoeing and supplements to help her feet.

Good shoe, box, catch, hack alone/company, traffic etc. This mare has good paces with lovely flatwork, very careful bold jump, BS winnings, previously qualified Scope, has evented with placings BE90/100. Cassie – SOLD 16.9.15

16 hands 6yo skewbald mare by Grade A ISH Drumhowan Cavalier.
This mare wins BS every time out and is extremely fast against the clock. She has jumped double clears up to Newcomers with 323 BS points and approx £695 total winnings.
She also won the Sema Lease 100 Arena Eventing at Houghton International qualifying for the final at Blenheim.
Cassie has evented to Novice level, she is bold and careful but at the same time she can be spooky so needs a confident forward thinking rider, she has never stopped but you need to use your leg! She has the paces and potential to do a very nice dressage test but can be difficult in this phase, hence we have just been showjumping more recently.
We love this mare and although she wouldn’t be everybody’s cup of tea, if you just want to go out and win she could be the horse for you!
Snaffle mouth at all times, good hack alone/company/traffic, box, shoe etc. Has been ridden by novices, good and easy to do at shows.
Full history known, we broke her in as a 4yo and she was bought from her breeder.
Cassie is spooky at home in our school (it is very scary!) so you will get to see her at her worst if you come to try her! She will only be sold to a suitable home as this is a very sad sale! Eventer challenge – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6l7j3xPgdP4
